Exodus 7:7, “Moses was eighty years old and Aaron was eighty-three at this time of their confrontation with Pharaoh.”
Has it ever dawned upon you that you still may be too young for the great assignment that God has for you…even if you are 70? You may be 50, 60, or 70 but you are still too young for God’s assignment to your life. Such was the case with Moses. He was not ready at 60, or even 70. He still had much to learn from the Lord to be the servant to deliver God’s people from bondage. Our society declares at 65 you are old enough to retire, yet before God…Moses was still in training at 65 and even 70. God’s assignments are so significant that He will take years to develop our lives for His eternal assignments. When God comes to your life at the age of 70 plus, don’t take lightly what He asks you to do….it will carry an everlasting dimension.
