2 Corinthians 5:10, “For we must all stand before Christ to be judged and have our lives laid bare-before him. Each of us will receive whatever he deserves for the good or bad things he has done in his earthly body.”
If you live thinking that your life does not matter…you are sorely mistaken. For the child of God, that person that has been redeemed by the blood of Christ, there is a judgment awaiting our lives. But it is not a judgment based on salvation, but rather based on the body of work in our lives. Our lives will be laid bare before the Lord Jesus Christ. He will reveal our attitudes, motives, devotion, faithfulness and love for him as well as others. Therefore all that we do in this day matters…and it matters for eternity. How you love God, treat others, work on the job He has given you matters in the sight of God. When He comes His desire is to reward for loving faithful service. May we be faithful to Him, loving Him this very day with all our being!
