2 Timothy 3:2, “For people will love only themselves and their money; sneering at God…”
If the world will sneer at God, then they will most definitely sneer at those who belong to God…namely obedient Christians. The way the world reveals her heart toward God is how Christians are treated. If you are walking obediently to God, and have a heart to follow Him…watch and see how the world treats you…and don’t be surprised as people sneer at your life. In truth, they are not sneering at you but at the God who has changed you, redeemed you, and given you eternal life. Be honored that you are counted worthy to suffer for Him…for He suffering immensely for you.
