Wouldn’t it be wonderful to be heard from the God of the universe, the God that made all that is or ever will be? That is precisely the promise that God gives to His children, to those that are redeemed through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. There is a special rank and privilege that the child of God has unlike the rest of the world. When the redeemed call out to God, He hears, listens and answers according to His holy wisdom. Not so to the wicked, the person that has no consideration for God. Our God has given to us a promise that He will listen when we call. How wonderful to live knowing that when we bow before our Heavenly Father, He is lovingly listening to all that we lay before His throne. The next time you are discouraged in prayer, be reminded that you have a special marked position before Holy God unlike the masses of the world…and it came through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.
