ped because of sin. Christ suffered because of his holiness, purity, and the fact is He was and is the Son of God. Is our lives marked with such purity that the world laughs at us, and scorns us or have we embraced the world that we live in? There is a special blessing over that life that is pure. Jesus said, “Blessed are you when men shall revile you and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for great is your reward in heaven.” If there is no desire to suffer for Christ, then it means we are totally out of line with Him, and we will most certainly give full account. Are our lives marked with such purity and holiness that we suffer for godliness?
