1 Thessalonians 5:18, “No matter what happens, always be thankful, for this is God’s will for your who belong to Christ Jesus.”
The world abounds with problems! We live in the midst of a world of tremendous fears and uncertainty! We face terrors all around us! How can we give thanks in the midst of all that we face? The answer is found in looking to the Sovereign of the universe. God is ruling the world from is throne in heaven. God is all knowing! God is all powerful! Not matter what we may think, He has the world in His hand. As a matter of fact…He even declared 2000 years ago, that the world would grow increasingly wicked in the last day. No matter how bad things may get…God will have His final say. The wicked will be banished, the righteous will be rewarded. There is a world of wonder for all who know Him, where no molecule of wickedness will ever enter. Imagine if you are a child of God…we may potentially be one breath from heaven. Let us give thanks…our God is in control of His world.
