Deuteronomy 4:39, “This is your wonderful thought for the day: Jehovah is God both in heaven and down here upon the earth; and there is no God other than him.”
Of the greatest truths to the thankful for during this time of the year…it is the reality that there is but one God, and His name is Jehovah God…the Creator of heaven and earth, and all there is within the earth. Millions around the world will bow to another “god” but their “god” has no creative power. Through the ages, many have challenged God with their “god” and have fallen miserably. We live in a day of many worshipping all types of “gods”, but when all is said and done, there is but One God on the throne in heaven. His name is Jehovah God. There is only one God that can forgive sins…and his name is Jehovah God. Some day, our God will call us home, and reveal to us the glory of His power in ways that we cannot comprehend. Be thankful today that our God loves us, defends us, protects us, delivers us, provides for us, and our God is a God of eternal compassion. He is thinking of you even now as you live your life this very day. O give thanks to the Lord…for He is God.
