1 Corinthians 2:9, “But as it is written: Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man, The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (NKJV)
You walk out of this life into the eternity of heaven, and the very first moment that you experience glory…you are surprised by the beauty, grandeur and majesty of what we call “heaven”. So much does God love to surprise us, that He has not allowed to enter into our being what “heaven” is completely like. There is nothing in your being that knows all that lies ahead in the glory of heaven. But why? Because our God is the God of great surprise. Just as we look forward to seeing our children and grandchildren surprised with that first look on Christmas morning…so is our Father in heaven excited to see our first look when we see the glory of heaven. At a time in the future, if you are a child of God, you will experience the surprise unlike anything else that you have experienced in our lifetime…it will be the surprise of the paradise of God. He longs to surprise us….and we will not be disappointed. When you see the surprise on the face of your family this Christmas…be reminded a great surprise awaits us. What a wonderful Father we have!!!
