1 Corinthians 7:23, “You have been bought and paid for by Christ, so you belong to Him…”
Much is said today about “being your own man”, but to the child of God, that is the furthest thing from the truth and reality. The child of God has been bought by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are the property of the Lord God. If that bothers you consider the option, not being bought by the blood and belonging to Satan. If you claim Christ as Your Saviortoday, and every day of your life, you belong to Him. He has the full right to our lives…to direct us, and give us any assignment of His choosing. In truth, the Christian life becomes a life of joy as we follow His assignment and do His will daily. Today, you belong to Him, the call of God is that our words, thoughts, relationships honor Him. After all He has paid for us with His life’s blood.
