Did you know that your obedience to God impacts those who are against you? In the wonderful economy of God, He has a wonderful way of using our obedience to silence those who would oppose us and stand against us. Obedience to God causes God to lead those who are against us to be at peace with us. While this doesn’t rule out persecution from time to time, the fact remains, obedience moves God to move upon those who stand as our enemies. In short, if you want your enemies to be squelched, then walk in obedience to God. He has the power to make your enemies be at peace with you…He has promised and He will do precisely what He says.
