The world laughs at those who name the name of Christ, and choose to walk in obedience to Him. The world scoffs and those who are serious about following the God of the universe and call them by all types of evil names. Never, forget that all the scoffing, laughing, rebuking of the righteous will one day come to a sudden end. Just as God watched a wicked world persecute Noah during his day, God lifted Noah and his family while destroying the wicked. The time will come when God will destroy the wicked who have chosen to spurn the love of God. The time will come when God’s people will forever and all eternity be out of the reach of any more evil. Wickedness must reach its ultimate apex, but then God will deal with it eternally and finally. A wonderful day is coming when the redeemed will never hear another threat for all eternity…what a day that will be.
