The reality of death and dying are all around us. Those we love and care for walk out into eternity. Unexpected death happens all around us on a daily basis. Yet, there is an announcement from heaven, from Holy God Himself…all who believe in Jesus Christ shall never die. It boggles the mind’s imagination to consider the thought of the dead rising to life again, yet that is the wonderful promise from Holy God. There will come a day when all the dying is over, and death is banished. There is coming a wonderful day when all the dead who know the Lord, shall get up from their graves and be fitted with a wonderful new glorified human body for all of eternity. The resurrection of Jesus from the dead, is an announcement to the world…that it is coming. Just as Jesus was raised from the dead, so will all who know Jesus be raised up. If today finds you in a spirit of despair and hopelessness, anchor your heart to the wonderful truth of God. For it is coming…just as He said. Why is the tomb of Jesus empty…because RESURRECTION BELONGS TO GOD…AND HE WILL BRING IT TO PASS.
